The only difference between Cruise-Mate and Cruise-Mate II is the handle.

 Cruise-Mate uses a solid polished 303 stainless steel handle and Cruise-Mate II uses a die cast zinc handle with black powder coat. Both products utilize a stainless steel stud, spring, handle bolt and handle spring.
